Change machine out of order over the long weekend, well done NAB. No phone number to call to have someone help remotely either. Yet another way to disappoint business customers.
Disgraceful attempt; on hold for over 9 minutes and then cut off. Retry was worse. Business going elsewhere
Waited in line for 30 minutes for a teller
I have recently been dealing with Sharon, one of the staff at NAB Port Macquarie regarding my mortgage and I was very impressed with her level of knowledge and the advice she has given me to save me paying interest on my loan. I was at the same branch another time for something else and again, the service was amazing. Thank you NAB Port Macquarie for such great service.
