Arrived into Port Macquarie for a few days and had a banking problem. Went into your branch to be greeted by the lovely Annette who fixed our banking up easily, as well as reviewing our interest rate on our savings account. It was such outstanding service by a very friendly and efficient person. Well done Annette and congratulations Nab on having such an excellent employee. Tracy Mitchell 😀one happy customer.
Change machine out of order over the long weekend, well done NAB. No phone number to call to have someone help remotely either. Yet another way to disappoint business customers.
