My husband and I visited the NAB Glen Waverley branch today due to difficulties accessing our internet banking. We were assisted by Hina, who provided outstanding customer service. She was professional, patient, and approachable, ensuring our issue was resolved efficiently. We greatly appreciate her support and the positive experience she created for us.

Jason was very efficient, polite and most helpful in our needs. Talked us through the steps which took the stress out of what we were doing. Highly recommend. Thank you young man.
Waited for almost an hour to open an account. Worst experience. I've queued up for so long and the lady asked me to be seated and waited for her serving others first. And people kept coming in, I just kept waiting and waiting. What is the point of me queueing if you decided to serve other people first.
horrible service..the indian lady at the front chair was rude and unhelpful .I was just sitting behind her waiting for my sis to fix up something.she treats the next cust the with her attitude..I was so annoyed.the chinese girl at the counter was just as bad.attitude attitude!we went to the nab centre at forest hill after this amd it was terrific.what a change in attitude amd service.couldn't be better! the manager there should train the staff properly.anniyed!
