Waited for almost an hour to open an account. Worst experience. I've queued up for so long and the lady asked me to be seated and waited for her serving others first. And people kept coming in, I just kept waiting and waiting. What is the point of me queueing if you decided to serve other people first.
horrible service..the indian lady at the front chair was rude and unhelpful .I was just sitting behind her waiting for my sis to fix up something.she treats the next cust the with her attitude..I was so annoyed.the chinese girl at the counter was just as bad.attitude attitude!we went to the nab centre at forest hill after this amd it was terrific.what a change in attitude amd service.couldn't be better! the manager there should train the staff properly.anniyed!
Had an issue getting a new debit card sent overseas, and after getting nowhere online or over the phone, I visited the NAB Glen Waverley branch. Chris was fantastic—he took full ownership of the issue, explained each step clearly, and got it sorted quickly. He’s currently studying banking, and if this experience is anything to go by, he’d definitely get an A. As someone with a banking background myself, I can confidently say he has a bright future ahead. Thanks again, Chris!
This branch opens at 9:30am which sets them up for failure as they start the day with a massive line. If they open at 8:30am or even 9am would help the situation. They could better prioritise customers with a concierge to organise an allocated teller to certain requests. Even a digitised one like they have at vicroads or in banks overseas, if wages is the issue. You select what you're reason for visiting is and they give you a ticket to better organise the queue.
