There was a long queue at the teller. Only 2 staff members were attending customers. Also, it was a long wait at the help desk, too. Customers in the Box Hill branch are almost 100% Chinese. Probably, long wait is normal in China but not in Australia.
Bullshit branch. Nothing to better customer service. Waste on time. We are stay in here one hour more, they going to be lunch. I don’t know what’s the rule they following.
