Small branch in Sky Square where everything is pushed to online or phone conversations. The front line staff did not assist unless you the person is pushing the issue to see a human.

It has been a pleasure being helped by Cheryl. She is approachable, patient, and genuinely cares about her clients. Everything was explained clearly, and I always felt supported. A great banker and someone I would happily recommend.
The original branch was relocated to Sky Square Box Hill. A sign outside said this in chinese but not in English. I'm appalled that this branch serves only their Chinese customers. Am I in China or Australia?
