Paid extra money for Real Time Gross Settlement at this Branch on 20/06/24, supposedly instantaneously, being transferred into a BSB account, that's why you pay extra & told all being approved by Manager. 22/06/24, No transfer, but Nab has withdrawn out of my account, stuck in Perth, noone answering at Branch for even the Nab phone banking Team, no Manager on duty, totally stressful, embarrassing situation of seller waiting for their money. Flights are full, need to be back for work. Chris Meyer
