I was so impressed by the high level of care and problem solving ability! My 84 year-old mum had killed her old mobile phone (by taking it to a hydrotherapy class), and naturally her phone held all of her banking and password details argh. However, the hopelesss situation was fixed by Jacinta at Commonwealth Bank and we are so grateful!! As a result, we were able to accress mum's accounts, buy a new phone, and get everything sorted within 8 hours. Much thanks and praise!! 💜
Normally, I get really good service with all the NAB staff hence why I’m giving it a three however the machine not allowing deposits really does drop it down especially if the site is not 24 hours
Super helpful, Cassie is a legend
Excellent services 2 month ago we open new accounts Thanks so much
