My experience in opening up a bank account in NAB was smoother than expected! Big appreciation and kudos to to the person who helped me, Himani <3 She was very helpful and approachable, made the session swift and seamless!
The worst service I have ever experienced. The line didn’t move for 1 hour and the staff couldn’t care less. Terrible terrible bank
This branch is absolutely terrible. The wait is extremely excessive and when you get to the counter they try everything in their power to push you away. The lady at the counter told me it would take 35minutes to do a bank transfer but I’d need to wait another 20 minutes in the que (again) to get to me ? Didn’t make sense? This is not the first time with this poor level of service and assistance I have recieved, but this will be the last time for me. They should close this branch and re-train the staff.

She was extremely helpful, clear, and patient — guiding us through all the available options and making the whole process smooth and easy. Really appreciated the seamless and professional interaction.
