WORST EXPERIENCE IN ANY BRANCH OF ANY BANK ONE COULD IMAGINE. Wasted 2+hours to simply unblock an account for my parents, both of whom were physically present to verify identity with their passports (non-Australian) which their ID scanner would not accept - escalated to manager, simply said we can't help you as the machine can't accept, no further solution provided. Absolutely unhelpful, wasted so much time for a simple technical issue which is still unresolved and my parents can't access their own account and funds. UNBELIE... read more
No staff long queues.
Today I have visited South Melbourne NAB branch and I had a wonderful experience with Customer Advisor Himani. She was incredibly friendly, polite, and highly professional. She took the time to clearly explain the issue I was having, fixed it quickly and efficiently, and even gave me some great financial advice. Excellent customer service from a banker who knows how to manage her job at the highest level.
I dealt with 3 Sth Melbourne staff to resolve a replacement credit card over a period of 2 weeks. They were all courteous and efficient. NAB delivered what they promised. In a world gone mad with experiencing banking turmoil it was a genuine pleasure to experience good 'old fashion' customer service...thank you NAB!
