Walked in to hand over a bank card I found on the ground outside. Ignored by two staff who looked at me, gave no acknowledgement - and then walked away. I stood there for a solid six minutes, watching a staff member load thousands of dollars in cash into a counting machine... back to me, truly horrendous and comical. I eventually spoke up and was told to leave the card on the table... surreal experience. I feel REALLY bad for these people - they seem utterly miserable and stuck in a state of disocciation! LOL
