Today I have visited South Melbourne NAB branch and I had a wonderful experience with Customer Advisor Himani. She was incredibly friendly, polite, and highly professional. She took the time to clearly explain the issue I was having, fixed it quickly and efficiently, and even gave me some great financial advice. Excellent customer service from a banker who knows how to manage her job at the highest level.
I dealt with 3 Sth Melbourne staff to resolve a replacement credit card over a period of 2 weeks. They were all courteous and efficient. NAB delivered what they promised. In a world gone mad with experiencing banking turmoil it was a genuine pleasure to experience good 'old fashion' customer service...thank you NAB!

Today, 11 March 2026, I have a wonderful banking experience at NAB Clarendon Street South Melbourne. I am most happy to share my heartfelt appreciation and kudos to Branch Manager Nathan Duncan and his staff member Scott for their patience in resolving 2 apparent issues quickly and satisfactorily. Hope the high level bosses in NAB HQ would take time to recognise them for their good work.
