I went into open new accounts with Leanne today. What a beautiful helpful lady helped me with everything that I needed helped me set up my app was very patient definitely reccomend NAB and Leanne
I’ve visited this place several times to open accounts for myself and a friend, and also for deposits. On each visit, the staff were very friendly, assisted us promptly, and clearly explained all the necessary details and procedures.
I am beyond shocked on the service by this branch, i was served by a young indian boy he was dismissive of my enquiry and told me i was not using the app properly, the app is poorly designed and is very hard for an older lady like myself, i had asked the boy to guide me through the app but instead he kept on telling me to open up a savings account .he told me he has no time, but obviously enough time to bother me about the useless account and stupid interest rates.
Great customer service from friendly staff who recommended a nice restaurant for me and my girlfriend to visit over the weekend. 10/10 would make them count my coins again.
