Endless wait time to get served by a teller. A relatively easy transaction can take you over 1 hour at this branch. Poor work ethics by the staff. A number of people waiting in a queue to be served and the teller just took off on her lunch break.

I came into the branch yesterday with my director for an urgent issue we needed solved. A gorgeous sweet young woman named Sara served us at the tellers and went above and beyond. I know banking can be tedious and time consuming but she never made us feel like we were a bother and she went out of her way to show us respect. As someone who spent 10 years working in banking back in my day I wish more bankers were still like this now. Well done Sara and NAB Penrith. The branch manager was also very lovely.

I tried to use the self depositing atm today to deposit some cash. It cancelled my transaction and randomly spat notes out over a minute or so. After I re-counted it , it was $150 short of the $1500 I deposited. Not only is this place under staffed I always get asked ridiculous questions, like what is my money for that I'm withdrawing from the teller, or like today "would you like Car insurance" And then looking at me strangely when I say no. This place is a joke
