Great customer service from friendly staff who recommended a nice restaurant for me and my girlfriend to visit over the weekend. 10/10 would make them count my coins again.
To say disappointment to the least, i wish i could say a minus stars, i went into the penrith branch this afternoon, 29/12/25 around 3:10pm to open an account for my daughter, a line up with only 1 employee on desk, poor lady! Not good enough, I'm sure staff would be sufficient, where is everyone? Told to sit down and someone will be able to help, of course i tried online first but my daughter is 11 i have to go into branch, waited nearly 30 mins, but the time a very rude, unhelpful female staff member walked over 3:50pm i c... read more

I went there today, inquiring about a personal loan. A lovely girl by the name of sophie burr helped me out tremendously. She was very understanding and explain things to me. A lot better, then the other lady did and I just want to say thank you for her help.
