Lets start with the lack of communication and customer service skills due to the fact they cant speak English properly all staff members are Asian which isnt an issue but non of them were born in Aus and it clearly shows. Ill move onto the lack of enthusiam shown by all staff there is no sense of urgency or responsibility or leadership at all. Ms Joanna Chu was particularly helpful with our queries. I could tell they were short-staffed on the day, but she was still able to resolve our issue efficiently and professionally. We felt very looked after
