Every time we went to this bank to exchange money, we felt very embarrassed. Even when simply converting $100 coins into $10 notes, they thought it was too troubles and unhappy. (Note: We have business accounts at Nab.) No bank treat their business partners like this. Nab is really interesting!!!
Be prepared to wait … and wait … while they have 2 slow staff moving at a glacial pace while people are lined up out the doors. Meanwhile they loop signs on the screens saying ‘We respect you.’ Avoid this place at all costs. Edit: For the record, the lady that served me was very friendly.
Nab bank is good but the staff named "beatra" is very poor in service, not polite in behavior and always take too long and unable to satisfy service of costumers . Now I have to drive few km out of Monavale to find another branch. We wish someone new there can help with our needs. Nab is a fantastic bank we love to keep banking with you.
