After attending at the branch today 3/9/2026 the teller is not aware of the banking process at NAB. I frustratingly asked him to help me locate my bank statements for last financial year. He was clueless that all we needed to do was to go back to all old CLOSED credit cards and pull up the old statements online. I ended up leaving out of frustration and going home to manually do this ticking off each statement UNTIL I found the period I needed for my Accountant. I recently had to switch for all my personal and business banking needs from another major Australian bank to NAB. To set myself up, I decided to stay local and visited NAB’s Mona Vale branch. There, I received a very friendly welcome from manager Stephen, who bridged my short wait time by showing a keen interest in my business. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Despite the closure of the Avalon, Newport and Warriewood NAB branches; the Mona Vale branch still services those of us at this end of the peninsula. Don't complain about wait times, you could all be driving to Dee Why. I want to especially point out and commend Branch Manager Beata.
