Thank you, thank you, thank you! Despite the closure of the Avalon, Newport and Warriewood NAB branches; the Mona Vale branch still services those of us at this end of the peninsula. Don't complain about wait times, you could all be driving to Dee Why. I want to especially point out and commend Branch Manager Beata. very poor customer service!! very arugont faces in the front counter! please NAB we need a fresh professional people in Mona branch ! enough is enough. I think if there's no changes it will be the time for me to move other bank .
Every time we went to this bank to exchange money, we felt very embarrassed. Even when simply converting $100 coins into $10 notes, they thought it was too troubles and unhappy. (Note: We have business accounts at Nab.) No bank treat their business partners like this. Nab is really interesting!!!
