First experience at Branch with assistance by Elina excellent.
I think her name is kadlen, she is by far the rudest person I’ve encountered. Do banks no longer teach their staff how to be friendly or polite towards customers?? She constantly rolled her eyes and had such a poker face.
I’ve had to have in store appointments multiple times this past year to manage an elderly relative’s banking. On every occasion I have seen Elina at the Miranda branch. She has resolved every issue and put me at ease about every concern I’ve had. She has also provided excellent advice on a way that I can understand.
Literally took 40 mins to deposit money because the staffs keep talking to each other and not actually doing their job
