Alex at the NAB Branch Miranda is an angel. She’s so helpful, goes above and beyond to do everything you need. I went in today trying to access funds from an old commercial credit card and she ensured we investigated all options (and even helped me with the paperwork) to get it done. Thank you Alex you’ve made a huge difference to me today.
Francis is amazing - genuinely so supportive, I needed a new account setup and to sort out cards etc and he's been nothing but supportive and efficient at speeding the process along for me. 10/10
