Some of the most friendly staff I have encountered, had a query regarding accounts was met at the front by a gentleman named Mark, explained the process of opening accounts and what is required, made it simple, fast and efficient. I also encountered the branch manager (unfortunately unaware of his name) who assisted with the same query and helped me to understand the rates better and the process. Amazing service!!
