Put me aside for waiting and surfing other people, even they come after me. Don’t go this branch if you dark skin. They won’t treat you at all. I had to left.
I got home loan through Monier, he is seriously a superstar. I dont think I can ask for anyone better than Monier, he is always above and beyond.
Just waited 45 min only to eventually be told they couldn’t do what I was asking. They could have told me when I walked that they couldn’t help but they made me wait and the only reason I came in the first place is because the call centre told me to. While I was waiting they closed the branch, at 10:30am on a Monday because it was too busy for them.
I had a frustrating experience with my bank account being blocked, and even after visiting the branch several times, the issue remained unresolved. However, I want to give special thanks to Sarah at the branch. She was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the whole process. Sarah took the time to explain everything clearly and really made an effort to assist us. While the overall situation was stressful, her support made a big difference. Thank you, Sarah!
