Thank you to the two lovely indigenous girls working the Geraldton branch for being literally 99% friendlier/helpful and more outgoing than the 'other' staff. These ladies were polite, helpful, and overall, great to deal with. To the white lady who couldn't even help replace my bank card (yeah I'm white too), please allow these lovely young ladies to teach you how to deal respectfully with other humans. MAIN NAB HEAD OFFICE...NOT IMPRESSED..... (NOT having a go at local branch) I have money in the bank. And can't access it. AND I CANT EVEN RING ANYONE BREAD FOR TEA.!!! THANKS HEAPS
4pm close time on a weekday. Absolutly ridiculous why even bother having a branch if they aren't open for standard business hours. Very unhappy
