Tuesday 09 September had an appointment for 2pm to open a new account arrived at 1.55pm staff member who booked the appointment recognised me and ask me to take a seat.....waited till 2.40pm then left...no one checked or came and said sorry for the delay??????

I have been told from my friend that the older ladder in the front desk (teller) Is not so friendly. It Is TRUE. Especially for Asian. I was coming to pick up my document. She shows unpatient and unwilling to help me find my document. I have been traveling around whole Australia and never seen this happened in the bank. When I was waiting at that moment, a White couple came in and she SMILED to them. I'm so surprised! But the business banker Paul Is great. This star is giving to Paul. Otherwise 0 star.
Really appreciate the time and effort that Matthew took to sort out my banking issues. He was patient, friendly and really helpful. Keep up the excellent work!
