I have been told from my friend that the older ladder in the front desk (teller) Is not so friendly. It Is TRUE. Especially for Asian. I was coming to pick up my document. She shows unpatient and unwilling to help me find my document. I have been traveling around whole Australia and never seen this happened in the bank. When I was waiting at that moment, a White couple came in and she SMILED to them. I'm so surprised! But the business banker Paul Is great. This star is giving to Paul. Otherwise 0 star.

0 stars actually. Severely inadequately sized store for the traffic and grossly understaffed. Disappointing to say the least.
The team at NAB were were able to come to a more than satisfying outcome with personal banking concern. The branch manger Dan was professional, considerate and provided a great customer experience!
