I went because a friend of mine said she added me to her account. She wanted me to have the full manicure-pedi experience. I do not believe they even looked for her request and they did not offer to call her to confirm. I chose to move forward with the appointment. I did not listen to my friend and did not insist on having an experienced technician. The manicure and pedicure look great but my fingers and feet hurt.
