The NAB teller staff are always helpful with my banking needs. They try to assist and explain where possible.
Worst ever experience with the team. Poor customer service and not enough staff to attend customers. Also, some of the staff having lack of knowledge and don’t know what to do. Can’t handle thousand dollar transactions either.
Daniel is a legend. Customer service at the best.
Didn't think it possible, but this branch is getting worse. Doesn't matter what time you go in, wait times are out of control. Won't open a second teller until que is almost out the door. And it's not as if there aren't any staff available. Just look at the number of them just walking around. Utterly pathetic customer service
