Okay for a nab bank nice friendly banking staff and the great security guard making sure the locals behaving Sally with the construction in the old parking lot behind the bank it is impossible to find a park anywhere near it
Waited for a bit over an hour to speak to customer service staff (non-teller enquiry) - 1 with a customer when I got there, a 2nd appeared and helped someone else. No queuing system. After I was initially advised to wait by a teller, absolutely no acknowledgment of the delay, or that I was even sitting there. Gave up after a full hour and left without the staff saying a word to me.
10 am in the morning NAB has run out of $100 notes again claiming there’s been a run on withdrawals which sounds like banksplaining Happened again 24/2/26
