Very rude dismissive staff member spoke to my wife who was changing names, clerk told her If she can't work out how to order cards through the app then go to another branch and they can sort it out.
The staff is very helpful and welcoming. Christine in particular made my account opening experience so easy and stress-free. She guided me through every step, making the whole process smooth and easy.
Staff are very professional and helpful. Will go beyond to solve any problems.
I can say that in the past I have had a few bad experiences with the staff and their service, particularly with them speaking in a foreign language, but I must say that my last 2 visits were with the assistance of a member named Daria who I cannot fault. She spent the time to carefully assist me with transactions that cannot be done at home. If she is there you are in safe hands
