We had an excellent experience with Daria at NAB Carlingford. She was extremely helpful, patiently answered all our questions, and clarified every doubt we had. Closed my NAB account November last year, just received an email from the NAB stating my new statement is available for that account. Called them and after 35 min on the phone could not give me any information: Am i being scammed? Is someone using my old account? All they could offer was to go to the local NAB office. What a waste of time I stoped using the NAB because my wife was scammed a few years ago for $4000 by a fake account. Dont use the NAB.
I would like to call out the fantastic service from the Carlingford branch. Every time I go into this branch the team are always helpful and always ready to help. A special call out to Nisha, such a pleasure to deal with. I am a long time NAB client, this service and NAB’s fraud team is why I stay!
