worst customer services . I wanna open a business account. The staff, an Asian lady with short cut hair, let me operate through net banking by myself. The application system failure many times doing my application. I told with staff that I spend 30mins with this unstable system, can you please apply the business account for me. She logged into her system , spend 15mins enrolled my personal information and let me back home says someone will call me in next 48hrs. Now one week after, no one calls.
Having staff available to assist customers would help greatly!
