Terrible customer service, more interested in avoiding work than helping their customers. The teller apparently can’t accept a NAB debit card as part of customer ID ?! She just wanted to close up as it was 15mins until closing time. If I could give a ZERO I would

I've been a client of NAB since 2002, and this branch is OUTSTANDING when it comes to customer service! Carol, the branch manager, and her team are truly top-notch! I needed to sort out my account and get a new ATM card. Done! Needed the new $100s since I was leaving the country for a trip overseas, and they ran the cash machine until I received the qualities I needed. BRAVO!
