I've been a client of NAB since 2002, and this branch is OUTSTANDING when it comes to customer service! Carol, the branch manager, and her team are truly top-notch! I needed to sort out my account and get a new ATM card. Done! Needed the new $100s since I was leaving the country for a trip overseas, and they ran the cash machine until I received the qualities I needed. BRAVO!
Had a really smooth, straight forward and pleasant experience getting our home loan sorted through Jhalok at NAB Eastland. He was very knowledgable and approachable throughout the process and after it as well with follow up questions. He emails promptly and never felt like we weren't getting a fair service. Tanya was super helpful with setting up our joint account, and gave us a call the next day to ensure that everything was set up correctly so we wouldn’t need to come back into the branch in person.
