Went today at 12.45 to open an account for my daughter. Waited in line and a lady came up to us as she was leaving for her lunch brake. She asked me if I needed help. I told her what we are here for and she proceeded to tell me it is lunch time and breaks are being done at this time. She also said to come back after 2pm. Ok, everyone deserves to have lunch but if you are going on break DON'T come up to a person and ask them if they need help, just walk by and let them wait for someone who is working.
