I would like to give a well deserved Compliment to Taylor at NAB Subiaco. She was so very helpful and showed such compassion to me in closing a recently deceased family member’s account. I haven’t ever had such amazing service from a bank staff member! Thank you.

The Rudest lady (Indian Girl) I have ever come across for customer service. This is my email to Nab Dear NAB Customer Support, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an incident that occurred today at your Subiaco branch. Nicole was patient and so personable while fixing my banking problem. So lucky to still have a NAB branch open in Subiaco. Thank you Nicole.
Had a very long waiting time. Customer service officer didn’t serve first come first basis and started an interrupted conversation with another customer. Very very disappointed.
