I went there yesterday to open my first bank account. I was a bit nervous about doing it because I've never done anything like this before, turns out I didn't even have to be because it was all so quick and easy! The staff member assisting me was absolutely lovely too and explained exactly what needed to be done and the steps involved perfectly, and made me feel very much at ease throughout the whole process- thank you, Paige!! Would highly recommend coming here
I would like to give a well deserved Compliment to Taylor at NAB Subiaco. She was so very helpful and showed such compassion to me in closing a recently deceased family member’s account. I haven’t ever had such amazing service from a bank staff member! Thank you.

The Rudest lady (Indian Girl) I have ever come across for customer service. This is my email to Nab Dear NAB Customer Support, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an incident that occurred today at your Subiaco branch.
