closed without warning in the afternoons last week and this week. I went to do some banking and it was closed. They used the excuse of COVUD. Should have emailed customers that they would be closed. This is typical of NAB customer service.
I banked our business takings in the Express deposit box on Monday because I was asked by staff to use this method instead of holding up the queue with my business deposits. They lost my deposit! A whole weekend's cash takings and after 4 days of calling them I am still waiting for the money to be put in my account.
