I brought my vehicle here a few days ago for repairs, but the issue was never properly fixed. The mechanic who worked on my car is apparently no longer employed there, and now the owner is refusing to take responsibility for the labor or the unresolved problem. Despite providing a copy of my receipt, I was told the receipt did not come from their business and that the matter is no longer their responsibility. After the day we had, thank goodness this place exists. My husband has been fighting all damn day with my oil filter. I work out of town and have a 14 hr day tomorrow. His tire is so darn bad there would be no way I could drive his car out of town to work. As a last ditch effort, we googled and found this store shop. Not only did they have his tire. I had a slow leak and decided to stop in before it got worse. When I pulled in someone was there before I had a chance to get out of my car. They pulled the tire off right there in the parking lot, found the nail, and patched it. My tire was fixed and back on my car 10 minutes from the time I pulled in. Fast, professional, and super nice. And they charged me almost nothing. Easily one of the best vehicle service experiences I have ever had.
