Distony was amazingly knowledgeable about hair care. I wanted a perm. She said my hair was dry and she wanted to do a test piece. When she came back, she said it was dry and it kind of fell apart and was stretchy. She suggested heat treatment to get it ready down the road for a perm. After she did a haircut and style and the treatment I was happy with the way it was and no perms in the future for me. I made a new client appointment with Naava. I thought I would try it out. I made that appointment for a highlight and trim, in anticipation for a big event I was attending. I was scheduled the day before the event. Great! I got an appointment in before the event! I was told that they needed my credit card on file, in case I canceled less than 24hr notice, then they would charge my card in the chance that I canceled. Kirsten did my hair and it was the absolute best experience I’ve ever had at a salon!! She listened to me sorely try to explain what I wanted and the results were perfect. I can’t wait to book another appointment with her!
