As a man in his older 30s whose boxing running a restaurant and has multiple injuries from lifting previously, she know exactly what she was doing and was the complete opposite of what I was trying to do at home! Very knowledgeable she has a lot of experience and she also has a red light room and recovery room as well! Highly recommend

Melesha took good care of me. Professional, personable, knowledgeable, and very good at communicating everything I need to know during the massage as things are happening. I have so much gunk in my back and shoulders from pole dancing for almost 4 years and this was my first time getting a real sports massage like that at that level. Damn I wish I started doing this a long time ago. Making this a monthly thing for self care now. I feel brand new.

I've been coming to see Lisa for years, I have entered her office barely able to walk, and walked out feeling amazing. She truly is a miracle worker. I'm an athlete and she knows what we go through and how to fix all of our issues. I send all of my students to her, and I will be coming to Lisa until I fall apart permanently.
