I ordered a vegetarian food and requested for a spiced coconut sauce. They didn't add the sauce and the food was dry making it difficult to eat. Not a good experience..!!
Very tasty cuisine. Lots of options and extras to put into your bowl. Got my veggie bowl and made it spicy. They let me try one of the falafel ball/rolls (tube shape). Patrick from the back gave us both a while extra meal which was cheese and rice. Highly recommend!!
The food is good, the restaurant is clean, and the ambience is pleasant. Unfortunately, the service was a complete dealbreaker. The staff came across as incredibly rude and acted as if they were being forced to be there. When I simply asked about the ingredients, they responded with visible attitude, which completely ruined the experience. Great food can’t make up for poor customer service, and I won’t be returning anytime soon. And yes, the serving portions are very small.

We had an outstanding experience with Naansense Catering in Chicago. Kevin was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He patiently answered all of our questions, guided us through the options, and ensured that the delivery was handled smoothly.
