The food is good, the restaurant is clean, and the ambience is pleasant. Unfortunately, the service was a complete dealbreaker. The staff came across as incredibly rude and acted as if they were being forced to be there. When I simply asked about the ingredients, they responded with visible attitude, which completely ruined the experience. Great food can’t make up for poor customer service, and I won’t be returning anytime soon. And yes, the serving portions are very small.

We had an outstanding experience with Naansense Catering in Chicago. Kevin was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He patiently answered all of our questions, guided us through the options, and ensured that the delivery was handled smoothly. Food was delicious. It’s like an indian style chipotle. Service was okay could be more welcoming. Tables needed to be cleaned but overall nice place to drop in for a quick tasty hearty lunch
My favorite indian place to eat at now. The masala fries are perfectly seasoned, and the bowls are super large and filling. The whole restaurant theme and menu selection is super authentic
