I guess this place has gone downhill since the reviews three years ago because the staff was neither friendly nor respectful to say the least. Promised evening availability, later told there was no evening availability at all. Promised help with cost, later told it would be hundreds of dollars more per week than previously discussed. Promised a certain staff member would be there to meet in person, that staff member was not present. The rest of the staff said they had “no way to contact him”. They are very resourceful and welcoming. Also Very friendly. I look toward to my counseling sessions, for they help me stay focused during the week. Groups are also helpful and welcoming. Its nice to know others out there care about your journey to be sober.
