The reviews on this place are spot on STAY AWAY! “Should you be in need of an appliance repair and your warranty selects Naab & Mohring in Buffalo to do your repairs just say NO! Ask for another repair shop, you will thank me later!” Bad customer service, poor work, ownership that clearly doesn’t care about the customer. Not to mention the questionable work practices. Well, I'm jumping the gun on this review. If they redeem themselves, I will be sure to either update it. But as soon as I googled their name and saw the low ratings, I'm like oh go figure! We bought a Samsung washer/dryer from Orville's back in January or so 2017. (I LOVE Orville's, I like the washer/dryer, I am not impressed with Naab and Mohring thus far) - this is the THIRD time I'm having them come fix the dryer. (Which is still under warranty.) Just a friendly PSA...... Should you be in need of an appliance repair and your warranty selects Naab & Mohring in Buffalo to do your repairs just say NO! Ask for another repair shop, you will thank me later! 2/06 - call for service because microwave breaks 2/07 - Naab & Mohring say they will come out but no appointments for one week. 2/13 - they come but need to take the microwave back to the shop to diagnose it 2/21 - haven’t heard anything so call for an update.
