Amazing service, commutation, and some of the best rentals on Kauai.
Cancelled a reservation at the 11th hour despite knowing there was a possibility of having to cancel at least a month in advance, leaving my partner and I to scramble to find accommodations. Poor communication and little explanation. Always feel bad leaving a negative review, but I want to help other folks avoid the situation we found ourselves in.
While our reservation with Na Pali Properties needed to be cancelled due to the health crisis, the manner and expediency in which they handled the refund was outstanding. We will certainly be doing business with these good and decent people in the future.
