What a horrible service. I would never recommend anyone this jewelry store. So fed by tourism they don't even realize what good customer service is. Rude, and not respectful. I bought different jewelry there in the past and spent a lot of money, but when I bought rings there and size didn't fitt correctly they still made me pay for their ring resizing and were rude about it and didn't mention their policies during the purchase.
Jim said everything in the shop is natural. When I questioned him about the pearls being natural or cultured he tried to gaslight and say all pearls are cultured now, which is completely false. That’s when this place lost business from me and my group. They have nice stuff, but don’t try and convince people using a blanket statement and then gaslight when you were not being honest.
Na Hoku has become my favorite jewelry store. They have a beautiful selection with quality pieces and reasonable prices. Any time I’ve looked for a similar piece at another jewelry store, the piece at Na Hoku has been a better price. We love working with Michael and Angie. They are always willing to show us anything that catches our eye in the case and they are incredibly patient with us. (I can take forever to decide.)
