I loved my new Tahitian pearl hoop earrings, but they had to send my new earrings to another jeweler to fix how tight the back fit. It gave me ear ache every time I wore them. Unfortunately, these $2,000 earrings still hurt after waiting the three weeks! I won't be purchasing from this store again.
My husband and I came to NaHoku at galleria for matching basic gold rings. The staff were very helpful and we really enjoyed the buying experience. Thank you! We will definitely buy here again!
Our experience was tremendous. Destiny was so knowledgeable and helpful. we looked at this ring in october and looked everywhere to try and top it. no such luck. this ring has made my beautiful bride so happy.
Destiny and Isabella are wonderful ladies. My wife has been a fan of this jewelry line and I took her in here for her Birthday to choose a set of earrings. Isabella is transferring to the San Diego store, so if you are there ask for her. You will not be disappointed. However, if you are in Roseville, ask for Destiny. Remarkable young lady that treated my wife with the utmost respect and attention. She helped her get exactly what she wanted. We will definitely be back! Love this place!
BUYER BEWARE: If I could leave 0 stars for overall satisfaction I would. My purchase was made 06/14/24. Just over a year later my 1.1 mm gold chain unexpectedly snapped. I’m thankful I didn’t loose my gold cross. While upsetting, I had confidence in knowing what I was told when purchased, that Na Hoku has a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
