Sabrina was amazing. I walked in wanting a gift for my dad but can’t help but look at all my favorite things. They RUINED my engagement plans w no accountability. We bought two engagewmnt rings . The groom ring we received same day. The bride one to be delivered in 16 -18 weeks. one week away fron 18th week they left a not detailed vm when i called they said theu would need much more weeks. my family came from overseas and they refused to refund the groom ring. Obsessed with the jewelry here! Our wedding set is from here and I love it. The staff are very friendly and helpful and all of the jewelry is gorgeous!
I loved my new Tahitian pearl hoop earrings, but they had to send my new earrings to another jeweler to fix how tight the back fit. It gave me ear ache every time I wore them. Unfortunately, these $2,000 earrings still hurt after waiting the three weeks! I won't be purchasing from this store again.
My husband and I came to NaHoku at galleria for matching basic gold rings. The staff were very helpful and we really enjoyed the buying experience. Thank you! We will definitely buy here again!
