My sales girl (i think her name was Danielle) was really wonderful. She was patient showing me a bunch of choices and really helpful. I find the KOP mall to be frustrating since its so big and confusing to find where you want to go. But once I found the store she really brightened my day and made me happy I came to the shop. Lots of really beautiful and high quality items.

I have no complaints about the quality and style of the jewelry, which I have always found to be exceptional at Na Hoku. However, the customer service I received was appalling. When we first ordered the engagement ring in store (pretty basic, no engraving required) I was informed it would take a week to resize it. When I called a week later to confirm pickup, I was told no, it takes 3-4 weeks, and DON'T call us back. I called again after 4 weeks, to the central office this time. The ring needed another week.
