The other reviewers are correct. In my case, only the top three quarters of my car was cleaned properly. Chevron should close the car wash until it is working correctly instead of charging customers for a sub par service.

Wash is average, still leaves spots not cleaned. $20 for the ultimate program, too expensive for the result! I can spend the same amount and wash the car myself. Very disappointed. Reading the other reviews, management is not improving the experience but only increase prices. Not recommend

I recently visited this store for a premium touchless car wash after being told by a staff member that they had a brand-new touchless machine, as the store had just opened. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. During the wash, the blower system malfunctioned and stopped working halfway through, leaving my car covered in water spots and not properly cleaned. I spoke to a staff member to ask if the blower could be restarted, but nothing was done to resolve the issue. I had no choice but to leave without the problem ... read more
