Their car wash equipment scratched the paint right off my car door. I went straight to the employee right after it happened, and he even admitted I’m not the only one — there have been several complaints about this happening to other customers. When I spoke to the manager, he was completely ignorant and dismissive, saying there’s “nothing wrong” with their car wash. No apology, no accountability, nothing.
