My wife and I are just so thankful and pleased with N3 carpentry for making our renovation dreams come true. Matt has just been superb. Our cottage is located on Champlain Rd in Saw Log Bay. Since the level of the waterfront has increased we have been losing most of our sand and the high water has eroded under the old boathouse. We utilize this building as a bunkie/play area for our grandchildren as well as storage. Therefore, it is important to save the building.
