Head office is absolutely useless. Requested a VERY SIMPLE job - service and odor elimination. Had to come twice to spray some disinfectant which didn't work and they asked us to fix it ourselves by purchasing our own sprays. Tried getting a partial refund for a lack of proper services rendered. Head office keeps getting me to talk to Anthony, the guy who is apparently runs the operation. However, he is frequently unavailable and is very difficult to talk to. He 'agreed' to a refund (text msg evidence available), probably to... read more

These guys did an amazing job, very professional and looked after us with the price
We had a few issues with the installation of a ducted and split system air con but the way the company responded to the problem and the after care service they offered shows how much they value their customers and the quality of their work and service.
