8/21/20 Order a 6”BDS through these guys for $2200, paid in full. Was informed that the lift would take 8-10 weeks for delivery, due to COVID. Started calling them around the 10 week mark concerned about my lift. Every week was told waiting on one part that was on back order. Around the 14week mark I called and requested the name and number of the place they ordered it through. They gave me BDS manufactures phone number. Worst company to ever deal with. Poor business practices. On 10-15-2020 I spent $5000 paid In full! Had an appointment then they cancelled the first appointment. I ordered a front bumper. Wench. Light bar. A rock climbing hood. A back bumper. 4 shocks. Good latches. 4 fenders and 4 under fender liners. Told me they sent my PAID in FULL merchandise back to the vendor. worst company to deal with. dont EVER go to this company. first of all i paid this company $5,000. they took my money within a matter of minutes. ordered in july. i was told that yes they could get my tires and rims and lift kit. then a call back saying they couldn't get the tires and rims i wanted so i requested a refund. by this time its September. still no lift kit. i call everyday to check the status on delivery after being told oh ill call u tomorrow and the next day same thing . then i get LIED to by the lady at the de... read more
absolutely would not recommend these people. after purchasing a lift kit, tires, and rims in july we got the run around for over a month about things being on back order and delayed delivery because of covid and every excuse under the sun. then, we were told to drop the truck off only to find out the next day everything wasnt delivered and they wouldn’t be working on the truck. we had to call twice that day to get that information because they didn’t even have the decency to call and inform us so we could come pick the truck... read more
I ordered a lift kit and tires. Waited a month. I finally get a call and they said they can't get my tires (that I've already made 4 payments on) so I agree to take a different set of tires reluctantly (because I hadn't seen the tires) but I was tired of waiting. I showed up on the day they scheduled. They didn't touch my truck for 2 hours until I got tired of waiting. I then drive an hour home. Sir we apologize about your truck breaking down , but when you use outside financing to purchase the merchandise it is kinda out of our hands. Your lift kit has been sitting at our shop for weeks and we do not have anything to do with the finance company. Once we order the lift or merchandise we sell it directly to the finance company and they then sell it to you. I have personally called you multiple times to get you scheduled for installation.
