Got a call from Terry. He didn't like that I wouldn't sell him a hybrid battery. I focus on providing the best value for my customers and choose to not let other shops mark my work up for no value added (I've learned my lesson in the past). When I suggested he contact the dealership, he got indignant, rude and hung up on me. He then proceeded to leave me the only one star review I've received in 8 years. His reaction is 100% confirmation that he's not the type of person I would trust with my vehicle.
I needed four new tires and Terry was able to get the ones I needed/wanted within a few days. Very professional, friendly, and communicates all details. Will definitely be a returning customer
