My inner wheel broke on trailer and destroyed my brake chamber, damaged one air bag and tire. Called them to come out, they said they would come out within an hour but it took them 3 hours. 2 guys came, their air compressor didn't work and had to use Milwaukee tools to remove my tire. Didn't know how to change Air Bag, and brought a wrong Brake Chamber and ended up cutting it and it was too short to install.
