We were very pleased with the work done by N2 Floors. We had our hardwood floors refinished. They were able to come and provide a quote within 24 hours. The quote was very reasonably priced. They gave us enough notice on the date that they would be beginning the project. They arrived promptly and knocked out the work within 2 days. We love they way that our floors look! Every member of the crew was kind. Great overall experience.
The crew refused to do the job correctly by applying stain to the floor after sanding w/o cleaning all the sawdust debris. I requested they stop staining the sanded wood prior to applying the stain. They continued and refused to do the job correctly. I had to ask the workers to leave the property to prevent even more work that needed to be re-done.
