Ning has helped me so much! she explained the facial muscles and how they work, provided exercises and in depth insight into ways to change habits and improve quality of life. The massage was amazing and targeted all muscles related to tmj, my head felt lighter after and I had the best sleep. She is great and works with you to create a plan on managing tmj and muscle pain. Can’t recommend her enough!
Ning is a fantastic masseuse and facialist (aesthetician), seamlessly blending Western and Eastern techniques for a truly tailored experience. I especially appreciate her wide range of massage add-ons, like gua sha, TMJ, buccal, cupping etc. Her calm presence, positive vibes, attentiveness, and open communication always leave me feeling cared for and rejuvenated. I got the TMJ massage and honestly, it was the best massage I’ve ever had. Ning is incredibly caring, continuously checks that you’re comfortable, and really knows what she’s doing. She was also more than happy to work with my sensory issues, which made the whole experience so much better.
