A fantastic gym that is supportive and welcoming. Ideal for newbies who need guidance and support, or those who have been training for years and want to 'get in and get it done'. Don't need to wait for ages to use equipment, clean gym with great facilities, and the staff are amazing! Nice to feel like you're not 'just a number'. If you're looking for a gym that is supportive of your goals, give n1 a go - I'm glad I did!
It was a great atmosphere with a lot of help from the trainers, really affordable and very ideal to achieve your goals!!!
I would recommend this gym to anyone! The atmosphere is incredible, such a great variety of equipment. Jess is the most incredible PT ever! She’s so kind and really cares about her clients. I would give 100 stars if I could!
A place to achieve your goals. Amazing PTs and great facilities. A friendly vibe and not intimidating.
Used their trial two weeks free and loved it. Having various class times that cater to my lifestyle is awesome. The team are always patient and support me when I have my kids come and most importantly, at n1 the staff are very knowledgeable who support you in all areas. I was afraid of gyms prior but this doesnt feel like one. Glad I made the plunge.
