Terrible beyond description. Handyman decided not to show up because I was in the bathroom when he called and he didn’t feel like leaving a message. I called back within minutes and he said it was too late. He then said if I wanted him to come I’d have to pay a service fee that was non refundable. The main number dispatches for several states and has no idea who is who as far as pricing or schedule. This is a giant corporation with a call center. Everyone contracts and subcontracts.
