Everyone at NYFSI was awesome. The instructors really know their stuff and explain everything in a way that's easy to understand. The office staff was super helpful too — anytime I had a question or needed help, they were right on it. The classes were well-run, and I felt really prepared by the end. I ended up getting certified, and I’m glad I chose NYFSI.
The instructors were really good at there Jobs , John Feehey was excellent I already recommended the school to 2 of my CO-workers…The office was also very efficient…
To start, the instructors were great & provided great online instruction. I applied for the virtual fire safety director class. As for everything else communication is terrible, they are not clear on their services and they move on their own time. Before we started the class test we were told which we weren’t told before, we had to wait for our score when we take the next test for the week after 24hrs.
