I am absolutely appalled by the treatment my cousin received at NY Beauty Supply. She attempted to exchange an unopened $4 bottle of hair color with her receipt in hand a simple, reasonable request. Instead of being treated with basic respect, the owner verbally attacked her and shockingly used a racial slur, calling her a n****r. This kind of blatant racism and aggression has no place in our community.
