I called to ask if there was a factory defect because my tires had failed and had to have them patched by Les schwabs three times in one month (I couldn't find a point s anywhere near me), Debbie in customer service had a major attitude as soon as they found out I had a complaint. took almost 4 hrs to unload but the load was flor load so it wasn’t bad and the staff was really good
