Replacing Spanish clay S tile is evidently a roofer’s specialty who is hard to find. Finally N.W. Martin Commercial and Residential Roofing in Richmond VA had the expertise to replace my garage roof that was leaking throughout. Their reasonable priced proposal was clear and they did beyond what was noted. Clean up was excellent which included nails and pieces of sharded tiles. Roof tested dry after torrential rains.
They do a great job and very prompt.
We recently engaged N W Martin for a roof inspection, which was requested by our homeowners insurance company. The two employees, who showed up on time, were very courteous, knowledgeable, and spent about 90 minutes on the roof. Within two days we had their written report, which was very detailed. The insurance company accepted the report with no questions. The insurance company did not influence our decision to choose N W Martin. We would definitely use the services of N W Martin again.
Great company to deal with. They were prompt with the inspection and with the repair. Highly recommend!
