Never had a problem over the years of going to N&W cleaners until the last couple of months. Took my clothes there to get some clean pressed and starched. Majority of my clothes came back looking dirty spotted and stain. Place my clothes in clean wrapping didn’t even tell me they was damaged. Understandable that everyone makes mistakes i went back a second time and same thing happened again. My mistake for going back again. Website say open 8 -2 on Saturday and went by at 12:30 and they have a sign that they close at 12
Terrible service! Didn't take the time to dry clean a holiday suit with care. Color bled and basically ruined it. Won't ever go back to these folks again! Thanks for your lack of quality service. You simply didn't test the fabric prior to cleaning. Now you owe me a new suit...
I am very unhappy with this cleaning service! I have dropped off items and was told that my things would be ready on a certain day and it was not! This didn’t happen one time but twice I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and I would have go back no recommended to any one!
Mz. Donna is excellent! Our pressed clothes look great.
