I used NW Backflow Inspection to conduct my homes annual backflow testing. First impression was, wow - so simple to get an appointment done. Everything is conducted through an online form on their website, so you don't even have to call in. Provide your info as well as the deadline provided by the city, and pay your fees. The process to order my backflow test was super easy, and the test got done quickly. I received my test results via email and they also sent them to the city for me.
Don’t use them, if you needs to cancel a service, they will charge you $5 for their processing fee and staff time for handling the cancellation. I made the cancellation before they even scheduled a time to come out.
Received notice from City of Gresham for backflow testing, had no idea who to call out of a list of numerous people they provided. NW Backflow came up in my google search with a 5 star review and I must say I am SO glad I called!! Rachel is amazing, knew exactly what I needed, got me scheduled for my appointment within a couple of days, got me set up for the future as this is an annual thing and was SO friendly! If you are in the same situation as me, call Rachel!! Excellent service!!
