Worst customer experience of my whole life with the owner himself. Got multiple warranty jobs done on a 2024 jeep 4xe and it was always a struggle with the loaner vehicle, completely empty fuel tank every time, dirty vehicles, very far from equivalent to the jeep and constant exchange of vehicles during one period of warranty work. We lost the jeep for more than 100 days since purchased new and we bought the full extended warranty so yes we understand that we are ‘’VERY LUCKY’’ to get a loaner at all but we also expect a min... read more
