The building was nice, but after using a different title company to close, I will say the process at N Title was far inferior. The person who was facilitating my closing was reluctant to go through the physical documents with my husband and I until we signed electronically. We did not want to sign the documents until we understood the purpose of each one. The title company we used recently was more than willing to explain all steps thoroughly.
