Like multiple others have said, Derek will take the money, and then ghost you. Progressive paid him over 90 days ago, and he still hasn’t done the job.
This man literally took my dad's money!! I paid in advance to have the windshield replaced in my dad's car with the promise that as soon as the proper screws came in it would be completed. After weeks of excuses and more excuses I finally paid someone else to do the job and Derek refuses to refund any money. I gave him every opportunity to make things right but he just refuses to do anything but ignore our calls. Very unprofessional and shady!!!! DO NOT USE!!!
