Derek is an unreliable, excuse-prone piece of work! I paid Derek in advance for front windshield replacement and rear glass in my truck which is at a bodyshop. He ordered both, installed the windshield, rear glass didn't fit. After 10 days finally said he couldn't find the rear glass. I ordered the glass myself, which I had already paid him for. I paid up front to have my glass removed for paint and a new front windshield and seal put in on the front. He came and took the glass out then ghosted me after the car was done with paint.
Derek was great at communication and took care of my Jeep swiftly. Very professional! I will use him for all of my glass needs in the future!
