I never wanted to leave this review. Im a very patient person who tends to be far more understanding that most, and it started out so good. I will say, at no point was anyone rude to me, just insane expectations. I came in for an SNS manicure, and was convinced to go gel polish instead. Back story: I've bitten my nails since I was old enough to chew and I'd finally grown them out with almost 1/4" of white tip. Super proud life achievement. My experience was amazing! I got Gel X and it’s perfect! Nancy was very good and it didn’t take too long at all. Everyone there is super sweet as well!
Walk in client. I was never asked what type of pedicure I wanted. I was squeezed in to a half hour window so, it was rushed & sloppy. The atmosphere is blah and the lighting is dim. The girls would rather gossip with each other than focus on the client. Nothing pampering or even professional about this place. I did go back and had them repainted but, I wouldn't go back for any service.
