What luck to have such a place nearby! I arranged to go and collect an order. Very friendly service and extremely knowledgeable chap. Even shared a nice bit of advice to make sure I avoided a mistake which I probably would have made had I not been told otherwise. Thank you NRP! I will definitely be shopping with you again!
Do not deal with this place after numerous times calling they eventually answered and asked if i could order for collection two pilot jets so arranged to go the next day when i arrived the shop if you can call it a shop was closed wasted 2 hours of my day the owner later called me saying that he was delayed in traffic and told me to order online so i tried after numerous times trying to place a order my payment got declined so i again called explaining i could not order the items he told me a lot of customers were experienci... read more
I’ve used NRP carbs a few times before, and Andy has always been fantastic with his help and advice. I had a small issue with my first order where the incorrect parts were in the kit. Andy sorted it out straight away with the correct parts posted out very quickly. I recently asked Andy to provide me with some jets and pilot screws for an older Honda carb, and he found out exactly what I needed and had them in the post asap. Very helpful and knowledgeable guy.
Ordered some parts on a Thursday lunch and they were dispatched that evening, then I read reviews and I started to worry that I may struggle to receive the items I bought but then they popped through the front door on the sunday afternoon. Was not going to review but just wanted to share my own personal experience with this company as they have a lot of mixed reviews
Ordered carbs kit, the said it was in stock, got confirmation email with “tracking info will follow shortly” (ordered 14 September), sent a email at 20 September to ask if everything was okay because what I ordered was now out of stock (I guess the site wasn’t updated), no answer, asked again on 24 September, still no answer, got a refund by PayPal, don’t order there, I should have read others reviews before ordering.
