Used NRP for the first time, purchased a fuel tap seal kit for a RG 500 they contacted me same day as order to make me aware of the two different types, I confirmed the type needed and received the kit a couple of days later. The seal kit worked a treat no more leaks or stink of petrol in the garage, happy days, very pleased with the purchase would recommend NRP and use them again.😁👍🏼
ordered my parts on 8 august then nothing.sent a message to their website asking for an update.no reply.opened a paypal case,they still did nothing.Paypal got my money back,and still no reply or contact whatsoever.POSSIBLE SCAM

What luck to have such a place nearby! I arranged to go and collect an order. Very friendly service and extremely knowledgeable chap. Even shared a nice bit of advice to make sure I avoided a mistake which I probably would have made had I not been told otherwise. Thank you NRP! I will definitely be shopping with you again!
Do not deal with this place after numerous times calling they eventually answered and asked if i could order for collection two pilot jets so arranged to go the next day when i arrived the shop if you can call it a shop was closed wasted 2 hours of my day the owner later called me saying that he was delayed in traffic and told me to order online so i tried after numerous times trying to place a order my payment got declined so i again called explaining i could not order the items he told me a lot of customers were experienci... read more
